How to block your needlepoint

By using steam, you're ensuring that no water touches your needlepoint, thereby minimizing the risk of the colors running. If you've never finished a needlepoint project before, this is the first step.

You should always check any fibers that say dry block only before starting (but I've never had an issue using this method).
