In this video, I cover adding your cording loop to the top at the gusset fabric join. This is a common shop-style finish but certainly not the only way. In our March 18 Finish Along, I’ll cover the awl method on a square/rectangle shape.

Foam
Layer Acid Free Foam Core: You can cut multiple layers of foam core with an Xacto knife to achieve your thickness. Secure with acid free framing tape.
Floral or craft foam rounds or Insulation sheets: You’ll probably need a hot knife to cut this. I don’t think these are acid free if that’s of importance to you.
